Many of the public guest speaking programs Mark participates in at universities and nonprofits provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for lawyers in attendance. He is also available to lead CLE credit programs for private practices for an industry-standard speaking fee.

As a Supreme Court correspondent based in the District of Columbia, Mark is a close observer of the justices and their work—including the court’s controversial “shadow docket” and its latest decisions. Seminar topics can be tailored to suit your specific needs and interests: a discussion focused on the Supreme Court, state courts, or legislation in your state.
